For four decades Philadelphia Mississippi was a KKK stronghold. Philadelphia First Black Mayor Elect, James A. Young wants his win will to help change the image of the city, where three civil rights workers were killed by Ku Klux Klansman in 1964. He will take his oath on July 6th, 2009.
